So what I've done in the past with just my regular coffee maker is put about a tablespoon of vinegar in with the water and run a cycle through without any coffee. That should help clean it out. The worst case is you can always look in the manual for cleaning tips or use Google.

I have one I can’t froth milk it’s frustrating! I have tried different types of milk. I made a good froth 1 out of 10 times!
