2021 Giant Trance X E+ Pro 3 I purchased this bike in November of 2020 and loved the bike. But, in September of 2022 I began experience error codes on the controller which led to a dead bike. I would reset the controller by turning it off and on again to resolve the issue for a short time. This problem became more prominent where I couldn't ride the bike. I brought the bike to the dealer and they replaced the controller after waiting for 3 months. Unfortunately, the problem still persisted. They contacted Giant and they were going to send a new wiring harness, however, giant told them it would be 24 weeks until the new one arrived🤬 I was extremely disappointed with Giant's total lack of customer service. Giant seems more interested in selling new bikes then warranty and fix the bikes they already sold. Hope you have better luck with your bike👍

I had a problem where controller would switch off , turned out to be corroded battery contacts
Evertime i wash mine it want switch on day after ! i dont jet wash it just hose it ?? You had any problems ??
