I have a plant that’s growing new growth but it’s growing yellow leaves. Should I remove them or is it safe to leave them?

Hello. Can u please help. I've had my zz plant for about 1 and half years and it's been growing really well. Now I just noticed that there are a few turning yellow. Im not good at remembering when I water plants but I don't think I've overwatered this one? Thanks for all your vids. I've learnt alot so far and got a few plants to survive through the winter here in UK without heating in my home including my calthea the one with the red stripes within the leaves.all thanks to learning from u.xxthXs
