Sometimes you don't realize you have a thing for arms and then you see Russell Howard and you're kinda like "oh. ok. That's something I did not know about myself"
Especially if you've seen his DVDs. The difference is VERY noticeable. Personally, I love his wonderful sense of humor way more than how he looks.

Russell Howard is my favourite comedian! I seen him live in Glasgow and I have never laughed so hard in my life. Cannot recommend his gigs anymore. He's so funny!

I know British comics try to break America to get more money, that's the only reason to do anything really.. but when you have to dumb down your acts like Jimmy Carr did and have non-swear words bleeped out, it's just ridiculous and isn't worth ruining your reputation for. I wasn't really a big fan of Russell anyway, I watch "Good News" every now and then but he's better than this.

That's because most of our jokes are too shocking to american's for them to even laugh.
I've heard him tell the same jokes to an English audience and they were hilarious. Sounds to me like he had to change them to make them a little more, uh, palatable to a US audience. Shame, because I appreciate the originals more. But then again, I tend not to find many American comedians very funny at all, so maybe they feel the same about Brit comedians.
