- When you drive on a narrow road who has priority when there's no space for 2 cars to pass? Driving on a tight space street can be confusing on who has the priority. By knowing who has the priority makes the driving much easier and stress less.
A road can be narrow because of parked cars, road works and maybe a large vehicle taking space making the road narrow and because of that there's no space for two vehicle to pass at the same time. In these situations who has the priority? In these situations no one has the priority, and this video is here to explain the subject.

I don't know how it works in your country, but in India flashing the dipper light means he is asking to pass. In 10:55 seconds you did the opposite. It's pretty confusing, I would like to know it.
