Nice reaction. This song is about overcoming obstacles after the death of their friend and drummer Jimmy "The Rev" Sullivan. I hope you will react to more Avenged Sevenfold, as they are my favourite band alongside with Sabaton.
This song/video (and the entire Nightmare album) is essentially a tribute to their drummer, who passed away in 2009. He’s the entire reason I even play drums 🙌🏼
Yes, fortunately, he has already created drums for this album. Before he died. Although the studio record of the album was taken over by one of his role models Mike Portnoy. He tried in detail to keep the Demo recording that The Rev created for the album before his death.

I love Avenged Sevenfold, Nightmare was the first song I've heard from them. My personal favorites by them are Critical Acclaim, Buried Alive, and A Little Piece Of Heaven, could you react to those?
The "church bell" is probably a pipe chime; I'm not a percussionist, so I'm not 100% on that. A fun fact though, the bells you hear in the intro were from a toy glockenspiel that M Shadows was playing around with at home. They attempted to reproduce it with professional instruments, but they didn't like the sound of it as much, so they used the toy.
