I had to really rewatch the video, so to start off where it says who does marriage benefit I think most people get to a point where they don’t really look at it like it should really be looked at. I feel like marriage really benefits both parties you have the woman who takes on the man’s last name and with that she helps him create a lineage that he can leave behind to keep his name going. Most people forget that marriage is also a business deal you coming into the business deal with an agreement and an arrangement that suits both parties. You are able to mold it so that both parties can continue to get the blessings that they deserve within the business relationship. Most marriages I feel have lasted as long as they do, because it was understood that you had a duty to each other and with that duty you’re expected to play a part in assuring that your lifeboat doesn’t sink. Relationships nowadays are crumbling, because not enough men are being raised as men and not enough women are being raised as women there’s nobody to properly groom and shape these young people to respect one another, and respect the relationship. Everything is all about what the likes get them. As for taking advice from people who are not married, I wholeheartedly agree you should not take advice from them. They don’t know what it’s like to compromise in a marriage. They don’t know what it’s like to struggle in a marriage and they don’t know what it’s like to see things through marriage goggles so to speak . I’m single, and when I go for wisdom on men and relationships, I turn to married people to get their take on things. Just like we were told elders, give the best advice, so do married people who have succeeded through this life.
