in the UK we only have air con in shops and public buildings because its rarely hot, and old theaters don't have the money to get air con. it's expensive! the more modern ones do though, but it's not cheap to run air-con, in the US it gets hot quite often so its normal there, but we have central heating radiators for winter which isn't cheap so adding aircon on top wouldn't be cheap for the average person. but all modern shops and theaters and public buildings have it nowadays.

OMG I feel so relieved that Katya hated the Pearl makeup! I did, too, but I was afraid Katya might have liked it.
I only hated the lip. That color was terrible for her undertones and the shape didn't match her cheek bones.
