    It's been 3 year and we have seen nothing but a industrial growth of 1.5% in November.Blame COVID

    Its not viable yaar without state funded social security / universal basic income in place for millions of people whose jobs will be lost to a.i robots.

      If the construction cost comes down you have more savings. You can spend that money to buy something else. Job will not be lost. Jobs will be shifted
