- Stuttgart Airport is the international airport serving Stuttgart, the capital of the German state of Baden-Württemberg (formerly Flughafen Stuttgart-Echterdingen). With 11,832,634 passengers passing through its doors in 2018, it is named after the son of Erwin Rommel and former mayor of Stuttgart, Manfred Rommel. It is the sixth busiest airport in Germany.
