[KOF MUGEN] Starting Over - Rozwel NT Remake.

If there is any bear resemblance to some characters you've seen before, apologies, but there is nothing I can do since every idea was already taken.
The remake is currently lackluster, but I'm hoping to improve it as I continue editing him.

That Kyo edit is an updated version of Kyo-57, made by someone else. It's one of his normal intros and it happens for every character, you can tell it is since Rozwel doesn't acknowledge him in his own intro even though it looks like he is.
