blazfire2 there are different colors but the model is the same no matter what color you get. It's not like the r1 where you can get an s model or a m model

Yamaha needs to update that cluster already ready that shit is what 10 years old already. WHy cant they just add the one from the r1 on there rather then being difficult
They actually did update the cluster from the previous models! 2017 and up will have the new layout 2016 and older have the same cluster.
Motorcycle Mall 2017 is not updated it's the same rpm needle and half digital cluster. When I mention up dating I refer to the entire cluster being the same as the r1. All they did was expand the LCD a bit from that old cluster back to 2003 to add a bit of room for the traction and mode crap. Let's be honest no on needs an rpm gauge that's 3 times bigger then all the other important information that can be had on the digital side.

This thing sells for around 23k usd in my country. Screw the government I'm moving out of that place.
Edit: 23k is almost enough for getting an r1m in the US. And the r1m costs a whopping 45k usd here. I'm not kidding. And the average citizen fresh out of college makes no more than 7k usd every year. What a literal hell we're living in.
Exhaust is such an eye sore
That stupid exhaust has not changed for the past 10+ years
But the bike did!
We have other options for that, in terms of exhaust systems.
The bike looks great no doubt
They say it's all about regulations yet some makers manage to install some very stylish exhausts. An aftermarket one and a tail tidy will be necessary on this R6 to make it look as good as it should be.

Easily the best looking sport bike right now. Yamaha needs to pull their head out of their ass though and STOP putting that fucking monstrosity rear fender on there. It would actually be cheaper and easier to just mount it right under the seat instead of wasting all that plastic thats getting thrown out the second someone buys those bikes.
Unfortunately every manufacturer has certain rules and regulations they must adhere too in order to sell their product.

They did just do a total refresh on this bike, the past years are most definitely more of a "boring design" I would give it another chance and see it in person because the video does no justice!
Motorcycle Mall I'll go for CBR650 it is cheap & low maintenance.
Another great bike you can't go wrong with either!
