Don’t follow him blindly. Fit tuber companies ki website ya product labels ko dekhte hue review karta h but ye sufficient nahi h. Patanjali shilajeet low quality product h. Agar proof chahiye to Patanjali shilajeet kaise banta h wo check karo aur original shilajeet kaise banta hai wo bhi dekh lena. main kya kahna chahta hu apko samajh me aa jayega.

Tried Patanjali Shilajit today, trust me, it's not at all good as I have been taking other brands like Dabur, Rasayanam, etc. & they are the best resin forms. Patanjali's resin doesn't dissolve fast and leaves some residues, I strongly feel that their refining process is not at all at par with other reputed brands. Other products do charge ₹ 1,000 for 10 to 15 gms but they are surely free from heavy metals and with certification.

Now I am using gel and not bar as utensils cleaner and I don't want to use bar as there are very tiny insects flying and attract on bar, so which gel should I use for utensils cleaning?
