The 7210 puts out 87.5 amps on natural gas with a 100A breaker. You should have used #4 if not #3 or #2 from the gen to the transfer switch. The N1, N2, and T1 control wires carry 120v to neutral. T1 powers the battery charger. The red and white wires control the transfer relay. All of these wires can comfortably fit in 1 1/4 conduit as long as all of the conductors are rated for the voltage. Clean install though.
