It's not worth it because for the first turn you loose ~11% damage (because Meowguste is not active until the second turn) only so in the second turn you gain ~7% extra damage. Usually by the second turn of break we deal more damage compared to the first one, but the reality is that the difference is not that high to warrant loosing that much damage for the first turn, and most of the times you will already be hitting cap at the second turn so the damage loose is even bigger than that

Wouldn’t the precision Keeper be better? Boosting the crit damage that Odio guarantees seems better than just an extra turn of boosted attack
