I got into BTS watching them with my 11 years old nice and I became a fan this summer and J hope has a lot to do with that. I love dancing and watching people dancing ( Michael Jackson fan since the eighties so you can tell) and he blew my mind. He’s my bias for so many reasons: energy, voice, stage presence, positivity.

1. J-hope was the fist member to sign a contract with BigHit in Spring 2010 as a DANCER (RM signed his contract in May 2010). J-hope moved in to the dorm in December 2010 though, so from the current lineup he was 3rd member after RM and Suga that joined BigHit trainees. At that time there were also other trainees in the dorm - all rappers.
And at that time Bangtan was supposed to be hip hop group with all members rappers. It has changed mid 2011 when BigHit decided to form an Idol group instead. Jungkook was added as the fist member from the vocal line in June 2011.
2. Taehyung auditioned and joined Bangtan in September 2011 - almost the whole year after j-hope.
By that time Hobi became 100% rapper in BTS. He started to learn rapping soon after moving in to the dorm.
