Well, who wouldn't. LOL Actually his pie didn't look terrible. He shouldn't have cut it when it was still hot. I've seen pumpkin pies that look like that from other people who never baked before. It still tasted alright.
Nick you have to prebake the pie crust first for like 12 mins with foil and pie weights (you can use uncooked raw rice or beans instead of the weights) on top of it. Then you pour the filling and then bake. If you pour the pie filling with the uncooked crust it won’t become crust it will just become wet soggy dough.

Definitely do a tree decorating video!! ☺️ and for lighting while cooking/baking: you want one light taller than you and tilted between 45-60 degrees towards the main work area with a neutral cooler color temperature, and an additional light set at lower brightness, lower height (than the main light), and lower color temperature (warmer) set at roughly the same angle to light the other side of the work area to fill the other side of your face. You then want a lower color temperature light set very close to the ground and pointed upward to light under the face. A great alternative to this set up would be filming at day and using the sun as your main light, the light you showed in this video as your secondary light set at a lower brightness, pointed upward at you from underneath and the overhead light should be completely off and use the stove lighting to light the front of your face. If you plan to film multiple angles with this method, get some high powered tap lights you can place along the back splash above all the counter spaces and just tap them on as you move the position of your phone for different angles. Remember this: Key light (main light), Fill light (fill out the shadows with warmer temperature), Rim light (separates you from the background, adding depth and a rim of glow to your face). 💋 date me

The wire whip is mostly for adding air into mixtures. Next time try to use a hook to knead and mix dough. I believe in you. You'll succeed next time.
