I think it's amazing that you add Japanese subtitles with furigana at the top the screen, and that we can turn on CC to also have English subtitles at the bottom. Not many content creators do this :)

Dear, Madam I'm senior korean who is bigining to study Japanese again seeing by chance your channel. In fact I studied Japanese a little nearly 30 years ago for business. But now I've forgotten Japanese. After retire I'd like to travel with my wife. I think japan is better country than any other country for travel. I traveled major cities of Japan like Tokyo, Osaka, Hukuoka, Hokkaido etc. But I don't know rural country of Japan. With more time I'd visit deep inside of japan, continuing study japanese with you. I need your help.

There is no Typhoon or earthquake in my country. But floods can occur on rivers. I was living in Japan for several years. Four or five years back there was a strong typhoon. We had no power for five days. Others i know didn't had water either.
In the UK, we don’t get typhoons. We do get some strong winds during the year. Tornadoes do happen, but most people don’t see them. We have some Earthquakes, but they are too small to notice. Thank you for making the video. Your town is very nice.
That giant white figure on the hill is a statue of Kannon-sama, you told in another video. :) There are sometimes earthquakes in my country, Moldova, but not as often as in Japan. And no typhoons, only thunderstorms.
I think plants help to slow down flood waters and give it a chance to absorb into the ground. In the UK (where I'm from) there is a movement to 're-wiggle' rivers (make them less straight) so the water travels a longer distance before flooding towns and cities
