If you're wanting my picks for the WORST MOVIES from the BEST FRANCHISES, I've actually already made that video. Check it out: th-cam.com/video/NKYZw7n9AzE/w-d-xo.html
I’m gonna be honest, Madame Web might actually be the least competent comic book movie I’ve ever seen, but by god do I love it so much. It’s such a baffling misfire that I have a deep ironic love for the movie, even tho it’s not good whatsoever. I’d much prefer that to Morbius, a movie that bored me to death and one that I haven’t thought about once since I saw it. I think about Madame Web’s awfulness all the time, and I’ve been waiting for it to come out on streaming so I can watch it again, and maybe even get some of my friends to watch it. Definitely my favorite of the “Spider-Man movies without Spider-Man” because while it may be horrible, it’s certainly not boring.
The fact that I actually went out of my way to go see it in a movie theater speaks volumes (I usually don't go out of my way to see bad movies in a theater since I don't like wasting my time or money)
Here’s what I think are the best of movies from three of the most unpopular, disappointing, dunked on, or overall worst movie franchises: The Jaws Franchise - Jaws Explanation: Even though this is a terrible franchise, the first film is a perfect creature feature that has absolutely stood the test of time. The Leprechaun Franchise - Leprechaun 3 Explanation: Of all of the Leprechaun movies, the one where Leprechaun goes to Vegas understands what its target audience goes to for a set of Leprechaun horror films Spoof Movies from the 00’s - Scary Movie Explanation: I know this isn’t a specific franchise, but the first Scary Movie (and its first sequel is quite funny for what they’re trying to be.
I think Transformers 1 and Dark of The Moon are pretty great personally. Michael Bay just knows how to deliver action and spectacle and no where is that better showcased than those two movies. Revenge of The Fallen is decent, but I find those two super entertaining and I often go back to them a lot. Trolls as far as I go has no good movie. I guess the best would be the third, but it was still just not enjoyable for me. It’s not the worst animated franchise I’ve seen tho (hello Norm of The North, darkness my old friend) As for the Disney remakes, I don’t like a single one if it’s not Cinderella, The Jungle Book, and I don’t really count it, but Christopher Robin as well.
I haven’t seen all of the “spoof movies” from the 2000s, but the ones I have seen, I think they’re just mindless fun films that make me laugh hard because of how dumb and ridiculous they are. And while Scary Movie is definitely one of the better movies in that “franchise”, my personal favourite has to be Superhero Movie where Drake Bell is basically doing the original Spider-Man movie (except with a dragonfly) that has some Fantastic Four, X-Men and even Batman elements in it. While Kevin Hart plays his best friend and Leslie Nelson plays his uncle. The first time I saw this movie, it made me laugh more than I had at a movie in ages. And I’m still laughing at some scenes in it for how ridiculous it is. If you haven’t seen this spoof movie, I highly recommend it.
I actually kind of enjoyed 'Trolls Band Together' because of the adult humor that really worked for me. There was actually a scene where a character mentioned being tied up during a honeymoon, and I quietly said in my seat, "What the f@#$%"
For me: Jurassic- Jurassic Park Jaws Franchise- Jaws Disney remakes- The Jungle Book (2016) Bayformers- Transformers 1 and 3 Sony Spider-Man Universe- Venom films
I'm honored my video idea got picked,Sean. I love these kinds of rankings. Jaws-Great great movie. Nuff said. Tarantino definitely got it right. The Exorcist-Pure old school cinema. Hellraiser-I've only seen the first two and they're both really solid. The atmosphere is really interesting and the story is compelling. Bumblebee- Not great but a fun summer adventure. Good action and fun characters and it won me back. Twilight Breaking Dawn Part 2-That third act is a blast. The rest is still terrible but more tolerable. Better at X-Men than a lot of X-Men movies. Venom: Let There Be Carnage-Woody is fun, some action is fun and its not badly paced but still not good. The charm people find here I just don't.
I agree with you Sean 100%. Here are some more: DCEU (15 movies) - Zack Snyder's Justice League (2017/2021) Disney's Star Wars (5+ movies) - Rogue One (2016) Dracula 2000 series (3 movies) - Dracula 2000 (2000) Highlander series (5 movies) - Highlander (1986) Jeepers Creepers series (4 movies) - Jeepers Creepers (2001) Mimic series (3 movies) - Mimic (1997) RoboCop series (4 movies) - RoboCop (1987) Scary Movie series (5 movies) - Scary Movie (2000) The Crow series (5 movies) - The Crow (1994) The Howling series (8 movies) - The Howling (1981)
I remember watching Twilight and was immediately cringing from start to finish. The baseball scene is the worst of it all and that’s saying a lot since it all sucks.
Ice Age Franchise: Original Original: Amazing Meltdown: Average Dawn of the Dinosaurs: Decent Continental Drift: Mediocre Collision Course: Awful I think Ice Age is a bit worse than Trolls. While Ice Age had better highs than Trolls, it also had worse lows than Trolls.
Jaws should never have been a franchise. It should have just been one and done. There’s very little you can do when your antagonist is a creature that can’t leave the water.
Ngl, I feel that the Leprechaun movie franchise should have been on here. There are literally 8 them that were all critical and financial flops and multiple of them have 0% scores on rotten tomatoes
I pretty much agree with everything on your lists except for the Disney remakes. The exclusion of Jafar as the snake was unforgivable and made the movie so anticlimactic. Also, I felt Jafar was horribly miscast. He had zero presence as a villain. My choice for the best Disney remake would probably be The Jungle Book, although they all have their faults. Great video though!
It could be interesting to pick bad franchises that have classic first entries, but then ignore the first entry when picking the best one. So, the best of the crappy sequels.
Look. I'm gonna die on the hill that Jaws Revenge is one of the best bad shark movies with some actual scary sequences. I still will not ride a banana boat in the ocean and the opening scene with the guy getting attacked in the boat against the carol singers in the background is still one of my favorite sequences. I watch this movie at least once every Christmas.
While I probably like the original Hellraiser the best, I'm really glad to see that the reboot made the list because it was so well done and has not received the recognition that it deserves. It's rare to see a franchise expand on their lore, but was so refreshing with this movie. I have not seen all of the Disney live action remakes, but of what I've seen, Aladdin is the only one I liked and I thought it was very good. However, I also really enjoyed the first Maleficent and Cruella, though I tend to think of them as a totally different Disney series, like a Villain-Alternate-POV series (as opposed to a simple live action scene-for-scene remake) which leaves a lot more room for creative story telling imo.
Dang, surprised Cinderella didn’t win the remake category. That was perfect in like every way. I do like Aladdin. The new song doesn’t exactly fit in. I feel like when you make new songs for an existing musical, you need to get in the zone of its style or else it feels out of place. Also the ending conflict felt a bit anticlimactic. Other than that, though, I agree it was pretty phenomenal and had a soul. That’s my main issue with a lot of the remakes. If there’s no soul, I don’t want it. Little Mermaid, Aladdin, Cinderella, Maleficent, Alice in Wonderland, all of these had a soul and worked for me.
Fifty Shades of Grey is about an adult that falls in love with a college student, and have no chemistry. The guy abuse the girl, but for some reason, they still tolerate each other. Fifty Shades Freed did the opposite. It takes that problem of the franchise, and then develops it. Alot of people hated the movie, but I adored the story, and the soundtrack is killer.
23:32 Not too hot of a take. Rudy is the Hellraiser guy, he also has the 2022 movie as his number one Hellraiser film. Cody has it number 2 next to his favorite. I think Hellbound: Hellraiser II is my favorite
Bayformers is a good franchise in my opinion. I even enjoyed Bumblebee and Rise of The Beasts. Transformers One doesn’t look too good, but I’ll let it come out first and give it chance.
Ow ow ow, it burns! That was a hot take! 🤪 I know Will Smith slaps, but his singing is what really stings! Personally I think they should have leaned into his strength and have him rap (and I'm not a rap fan). For me it just feels too much like he's trying to be Robin Williams.
I just recently saw Trolls for the first time. My three year old watched it. I actually enjoyed it quite a bit. And the soundtrack is great! Haven’t seen any others in the franchise.
Twilight Saga: New Moon - It improved on the book and is the best movie of the saga imo. Jaws: Jaws is obviously the best... so I'll say Jaws 3. - I loved this movie as a kid and, for me, has the best plot: Shark terrorizes Sea World. Sony Spider-Man sans Spidey: Haven't seen any of them 😅😂🤣 The Exorist: Again, too easy to say the original because it's spectacular, so I'll say Exorcist 3. - Incredibly well done. Transformers: The first movie - It was exactly what it needed to be, it was excellent... then the sequel had an Autobot humping someone's leg, I stopped watching after that. Trolls: TROLLS WORLD TOUR 🤘🏻 - Excellent music! Great set pieces. Absolutely love it! Plus: Chaz the Smooth Jazz Troll 😅😂🤣 Movie Franchise: I can't stand any of these, I'm sorry. 😅😂🤣 - As an aside, as far as spoof movies of the time: Not Another Teen Movie Hellraiser: The original is easily the best, so I'll say Hellraiser: Judgement - I liked what they tried to do with the story and I thought it was well made for the money they had. Jurassic Park: The first one, easily. Disney Live Action: Beauty and the Best - Cinderella is a close 2nd
Best of the worst is somewhat easy. Do the runner up that would be a bit more divisive so to speak. I agree with all your picks with the exception of Hellraiser (the first) and the Disney dreck (Cinderella).
Out of this list: . I haven't watched the twilight sequels . I've only fully seen Jaws and Jaws 2 so obliviously I consider Jaws the best . For the SPMU, I think Venom 2 is the best . I haven't seen the exorcist sequels . For Transformers, I consider DOTM the best . I haven't seen Trolls 3, but I think trolls 2 is the best . I haven't seen the Scary Movie franchise, and I don't plan to . I haven't seen the Hellraiser franchise, but I plan to . For the Jurassic Park franchise, the original is obliviously the best, but Jurassic world still remains my favorite . For the Disney remakes, The Jungle Book 2016 is what i consider the best
I love Venom: Let There Be Carnage. They took the criticisms from the first one and put the campiness front and center. I had a blast with it as a silly, brisk flick.
Here is my personal picks for best movies from the worst franchises 1. Venom ( movies without Spiderman) 2. The Exorcist (Exorcist franchase, should just stuck with one) 3. Tremors (should have been one and done, but they had to make a franchise, didn't they) 4. Jaws (Also should have been one and done. Just like most of these) 5. Leprechaun 3 (Super fun and hilarious, its the true example of so bad, its good)
My wife had never watched Hellraiser, so I showed her the remake, and we both loved it. Then the next night we watched the first two. I love the first two, and well, she does not, lol.
I love how as soon as I read the title the poster flashed (quite literally) into my head 😂 idk why my mom and aunt decided to watch that, and worse, folding clothes in the kitchen 😅🤣
I think the first TWILIGHT is actually decent, and if that film had been a one-and-done, it would have been okay. It's the second film onward that the series got outrageously bad.
feel like some of these franchises warrant their own list that dont include the original, aka best of the worst after the original movie that is actually good. where the original is obv the best but have plenty of choices to pick a best of the worst beyond it, from this list jaws, jurassic park are pretty obv. other franchises that could work... tremors, robocop, rambo, ghostbusters... probably a dozen others. more interesting than this list i feel.
You're not wrong at all. That's where some times a premise gets tricky. It's not remotely interesting to say Jurassic Park or Jaws are the best of their franchises. Sometimes in a video like this I'll give 2 answers for that reason. The true answer (Jurassic Park) and the interesting answer...whatever the best of the not original film is. But if you name a video BEST MOVIE THAT'S NOT THE ORIGINAL FROM THE WORST FRANCHISES!!!! it's too long and weird of title. The premise isn't clean enough
There's literally like 70 of them. SO that's REALLY tough to do because I'd have to watch and rewatch all of them. But also, there's like 10 to 20 which are heavily viewed. ...and then there's the other 40 or 50 which not even that many people have watched. it's tought
@@SeanChandlerTalksAbout Makes sense, I still think it would be a cool video that would be very interesting to watch. And yes I suppose that there are a lot of different remakes of the same movies, and a lot of sequels that don’t relate to Stephen King himself, BUT the video would be fire, currently my dream Sean Chandler video.
The Best Movie in the Worst Franchises: Jaws Franchise: Jaws Jurassic Park Franchise: Jurassic Park The Matrix Franchise: The Matrix Halloween Franchise: Halloween (1978) The Hangover Franchise: The Hangover
Jaws 4 is what really makes that a bad franchise. The 1st one is a classic. I will always defend the 2nd one. It is not great but far from a bad movie. The 3rd is bad for sure but it's laughably bad and if it ended there I don't think you could categorize the whole franchise as bad. It's the 4th that really brings it down.
This is just my personal opinion, but I think Jurassic Park is not a bad franchise and I can find good in all of the movies. The first one is a classic and definitely the best one. The second one took the series in a darker direction but is still thrilling. The third one has the Spinosaurus, which is one of my favourite dinosaurs, and has some great scenes. Jurassic World is always fun and another one of my favourite movies ever. Fallen Kingdom has some fun horror elements. Dominion may be flawed in its story, but it has some very fun scenes. Transformers is not a great franchise, but I enjoy a lot of those movies. The first one is one of my favourite action movies and DOTM has arguably one of the greatest scenes ever put on film (that being the final battle of course). Bumblebee is also a fun movie, and other than those three, the series is quite inconsistent.
Best: Star Wars Marvel Cinematic Universe Toy Story Indiana Jones DCEU Mediocre: Ace Ventura Dumb and Dumber Fantastic Beasts The Hangover Madagascar Worst: Diary of a Wimpy Kid
I definitely agree that Aladdin is the best live action remake. It’s honestly one of my favorite movies from 2019. It really just works for me in every way.
Honestly I think that Cruella is the best remake. Not only is there plenty of talent on screen, but there is enough new and interesting story to work, at least for me.
In my opinion, The Lost World has better action sequences than the original Jurassic Park. I cannot stress enough, ONLY better action. Story-wise, it really is an elongated action set-piece, with worse characters than the first film and dumber moments. But I think the action is a bit more creative and stressful.
One bad franchise i'd add here is Resident Evil, and the first movie being the best BY FAR. I just watched it again, and there's not much to complain about, it's great. So much wasted potential that series had... 🙄
Ive been preaching this for years, but if done right, Transformers would genuinely be a great blockbuster franchise! Unfortunately there have been some glaring problems in each movie, but some still are miles better than the others
I made that previous comment before I saw it as your pick for the best. Lol. I respect your opinion Sean but for me I thought it was the most soulless out of all them. I wasn't expecting you to pick Aladdin. Lol.
my thoughts on this. twilight- yes i do agree the last one is the best. Jurassic park- agree that the first one is the best too jaws- only watched the first and last one just not into shark movies is all. but i agree first one is the best transformers- still disagree with you on this. bb is average movie at best. the first one, dotm, and rotb are the best. trolls- can't say anything about this series because i haven't watched any of them. the exorcist series- can't say anything about it either because i have seen none of them. only sony movie i can say sucked is moribus but sony should just give the rights back marvel disney because nothing in this universe is without spider-man fighting his actual enemies and just making solo movies about them just doesn't work
Gosh I was really thinking you would of said jungle book for the live action remakes for Disney! I think it was very well done! As well as the voice cast did amazing!
If you not going to do a list on what is the best of a truly terrible franchise what is the point. If a franchise has a 5 star movie that started it by definition the franchise can't be considered bad, just a disappointing franchise.
Best of the worst franchises Jurassic Park/ World: Jurassic Park, although I do also really like The Lost World never quite got the hate for that one, but after that it’s all down hill for me Jaws: the first film Saw: Saw X Cars: Cars 3 Texas Chainsaw Massacre: the 2003 remake Despicable Me: the first film The Disney live action remakes: Jungle Book Blair Witch: Blair Witch 2016 Terminator: Terminator 2: Judgment Day, first film Is great as well but 3 and Genisys are garbage and Salvation and Dark Fate are mediocre (my opinion of course no hate to anyone who likes any of the terminator films post T2)
I think Kraven will be good. I lost all hope in the venom series, I think it's awful. Haven't seen madame web yet, I think morbius wasn't great by any means, but it was a total victim of internet meme culture and bandwagoning/review bombing.
It’s on the table. I’ll probably take my neighbor to the early press screening and I’ll make a decision based on the film itself. I took him to Alien in the theater a week ago.
I know you're talking about the best of the worst franchises but I have to vent on how much I didn't like the Aladdin live action. Will Smith did okay as the genie but nothing can hold a candle to Robin Williams and the guy who played Aladdin is as forgettable as the movie. I couldn't even get through it I hated it so much. Disney needs to stop but they won't because money. Hopefully people keep talking with their wallets and they can put an end to this nonsense.
4:15 She did watch this video 🦈
One of my dearest wishes is that Corridor Crew would fix the effects in Jaws 3D 🤞🤞
Hello Mrs jaws lover!
“Not as much farting glitter” has to be one of the best low bar descriptors that I can think of!
Singing and farting summons up the Trolls franchise entirely.
I call them "fartkles."
My favourite Disney live action remake is cruella
If you're wanting my picks for the WORST MOVIES from the BEST FRANCHISES, I've actually already made that video. Check it out: th-cam.com/video/NKYZw7n9AzE/w-d-xo.html

Which franchise shouldn’t be considered one of “the worst” movie franchises?
I always see Cars get thrown into the conversation. Like whyyyyyyy brooo 😭 Jurassic Park too
@@NinthShinigamiyeah leave that beautiful franchise alone (although it does have the Planes movies so)
Planes and Cars should definitely be separate 😂
Venom
I thought the movies were pretty enjoyable honestly
@@Kirbo710it's the Sony Spider-Man Universe, not Venom.
Here’s what I think are the best of movies from three of the most unpopular, disappointing, dunked on, or overall worst movie franchises:
The Jaws Franchise - Jaws
Explanation: Even though this is a terrible franchise, the first film is a perfect creature feature that has absolutely stood the test of time.
The Leprechaun Franchise - Leprechaun 3
Explanation: Of all of the Leprechaun movies, the one where Leprechaun goes to Vegas understands what its target audience goes to for a set of Leprechaun horror films
Spoof Movies from the 00’s - Scary Movie
Explanation: I know this isn’t a specific franchise, but the first Scary Movie (and its first sequel is quite funny for what they’re trying to be.
Jaws isn't a terrible franchise just a very disappointing franchise. The first Jaws is so good that it can't be a bad franchise period.
I don't even necessarily like the Venom movies but by default they're the best in that franchise
I think Transformers 1 and Dark of The Moon are pretty great personally. Michael Bay just knows how to deliver action and spectacle and no where is that better showcased than those two movies. Always some love for Michael Bay 🔥
Transformers 1 is the best and dark or the moon is good too 👍

For me:
Jurassic- Jurassic Park
Jaws Franchise- Jaws
Disney remakes- The Jungle Book (2016)
Bayformers- Transformers 1 and 3
Sony Spider-Man Universe- Venom films

1. Jaws Franchise - Jaws

3. The Texas Chainsaw Massacre - 2003 Remake

- I loved this movie as a kid and, for me, has the best plot: Shark terrorizes Sea World.
Sony Spider-Man sans Spidey: Haven't seen any of them 😅😂🤣
The Exorist: Again, too easy to say the original because it's spectacular, so I'll say Exorcist 3.
- Incredibly well done.
Transformers: The first movie
- It was exactly what it needed to be, it was excellent... then the sequel had an Autobot humping someone's leg, I stopped watching after that.
Trolls: TROLLS WORLD TOUR 🤘🏻
- Excellent music! Great set pieces. Absolutely love it! Plus: Chaz the Smooth Jazz Troll 😅😂🤣
Movie Franchise: I can't stand any of these, I'm sorry. 😅😂🤣
- As an aside, as far as spoof movies of the time: Not Another Teen Movie
Hellraiser: The original is easily the best, so I'll say Hellraiser: Judgement
- I liked what they tried to do with the story and I thought it was well made for the money they had.
Jurassic Park: The first one, easily.
Disney Live Action: Beauty and the Best
- Cinderella is a close 2nd
Best of the worst is somewhat easy. Do the runner up that would be a bit more divisive so to speak. I agree with all your picks with the exception of Hellraiser (the first) and the Disney dreck (Cinderella).
How did I not know their was a Jurassic Park book?
Out of this list:
. I haven't watched the twilight sequels
. I've only fully seen Jaws and Jaws 2 so obliviously I consider Jaws the best
. For the SPMU, I think Venom 2 is the best
. I haven't seen the exorcist sequels
. For Transformers, I consider DOTM the best
. I haven't seen Trolls 3, but I think trolls 2 is the best
. I haven't seen the Scary Movie franchise, and I don't plan to
. I haven't seen the Hellraiser franchise, but I plan to
. For the Jurassic Park franchise, the original is obliviously the best, but Jurassic world still remains my favorite
. For the Disney remakes, The Jungle Book 2016 is what i consider the best
I love Venom: Let There Be Carnage. They took the criticisms from the first one and put the campiness front and center. I had a blast with it as a silly, brisk flick.
Aladdin is 100% the best Disney live action, shouldn’t even be a hot take
Agreed
The worst movie of a great franchise is Scream 6. It lacks on the kills and has a terrible 3rd act. Pluse, there's no Sidney. So there's that.
I mean all of them are lacking in the Sweeney department
Here is my personal picks for best movies from the worst franchises
1. Venom ( movies without Spiderman)
2. The Exorcist (Exorcist franchase, should just stuck with one)
3. Tremors (should have been one and done, but they had to make a franchise, didn't they)
4. Jaws (Also should have been one and done. Just like most of these)
5. Leprechaun 3 (Super fun and hilarious, its the true example of so bad, its good)
My wife had never watched Hellraiser, so I showed her the remake, and we both loved it. Then the next night we watched the first two. I love the first two, and well, she does not, lol.
Worst franchise ever : 365 DNI trashier version of fifty shade (which sucks indead)
I love how as soon as I read the title the poster flashed (quite literally) into my head 😂 idk why my mom and aunt decided to watch that, and worse, folding clothes in the kitchen 😅🤣
You see a hot guy in chest with his cute chick (not at all objectified) in front of him🤣
Agreed
I think the first TWILIGHT is actually decent, and if that film had been a one-and-done, it would have been okay. It's the second film onward that the series got outrageously bad.
They are all awful and to think any different is just sad and delusional
Motorhead? Hell (Raiser) yeah!!
Motorhead singing a song kind of made with Ozzy
feel like some of these franchises warrant their own list that dont include the original, aka best of the worst after the original movie that is actually good. where the original is obv the best but have plenty of choices to pick a best of the worst beyond it, from this list jaws, jurassic park are pretty obv. other franchises that could work... tremors, robocop, rambo, ghostbusters... probably a dozen others. more interesting than this list i feel.
I would choose Eclipse over Breaking Dawn personally.
Stuff that happens in that movie too, except none of it was a vision faking us out at the end!
I might get backlash, but I actually like Not Another Teen Movie quite a bit.
I loved that one honestly
It’s funny
Are you going to see Not Another Church Movie?
@@jacindaellison3363 that exists?? Sign me up.
It's decent. Very good cast, fun satire and the cameo is amazing. Feels a bit Scary Movie at times but very good
You should do a video ranking ever Stephen King book adaptation. please and thank you
There's literally like 70 of them.
7:53 love the UHF clip, I see you Gavin
UHF inclusion was all me!
@@SeanChandlerTalksAbout oh well in that case... nice lol
The Best Movie in the Worst Franchises:
Jaws Franchise: Jaws
Jurassic Park Franchise: Jurassic Park
The Matrix Franchise: The Matrix
Halloween Franchise: Halloween (1978)
The Hangover Franchise: The Hangover
I like the spiderman spin off movies they get unnecessary hate
I can’t stop laughing at Sean’s disdain for Trolls 😂
Jaws 4 is what really makes that a bad franchise. The 1st one is a classic. I will always defend the 2nd one. It is not great but far from a bad movie. The 3rd is bad for sure but it's laughably bad and if it ended there I don't think you could categorize the whole franchise as bad. It's the 4th that really brings it down.
Great video idea! Of the Disney live action remakes that I’ve seen, I’d say that Cinderella is the best.
Yeah that used to be my number 1
The Jurassic theme is stuck in my head
What is the best Jurrassic Park movie that is not JP?
I think you should’ve added Hotel Transylvania, Saw, and Final Destination on this list is what counts
I put up a poll and people voted for Trolls over Hotel Transylvania
Best:
Star Wars
Marvel Cinematic Universe
Toy Story
Indiana Jones
DCEU
Mediocre:
Ace Ventura
Dumb and Dumber
Fantastic Beasts
The Hangover
Madagascar
Worst:
Diary of a Wimpy Kid
No one cares, dork.
Jurassic Park 1-3 were great, jurassic world was okay, jurassic world 2 was so so bad, that I haven't even wanted to see the third one
In my opinion, The Lost World has better action sequences than the original Jurassic Park. I cannot stress enough, ONLY better action. Story-wise, it really is an elongated action set-piece, with worse characters than the first film and dumber moments. But I think the action is a bit more creative and stressful.
I thought the first Trolls movie was alright 😁
lol i love this video idea. perfect opportunity to roast some franchises that deserve it
One bad franchise i'd add here is Resident Evil, and the first movie being the best BY FAR. I just watched it again, and there's not much to complain about, it's great. So much wasted potential that series had... 🙄
Calling Jaws, waiting to see if I'm correct.
Disaster Movie's title is very fitting.
The Jungle Book is easily the best Disney live action remake. It's never been beaten for me and it will likely never be beaten. It's so good
Ive been preaching this for years, but if done right, Transformers would genuinely be a great blockbuster franchise!
Lol.
I actually unironically love the remakes of Cinderella and the Jungle Book. That’s where the Disney live action remakes peaked for me
Yeah those two are really good.
my thoughts on this. twilight- yes i do agree the last one is the best.
Jurassic park- agree that the first one is the best too
jaws- only watched the first and last one just not into shark movies is all. but i agree first one is the best
transformers- still disagree with you on this. bb is average movie at best. the first one, dotm, and rotb are the best.
trolls- can't say anything about this series because i haven't watched any of them.
the exorcist series- can't say anything about it either because i have seen none of them.
only sony movie i can say sucked is moribus but sony should just give the rights back marvel disney because nothing in this universe is without spider-man fighting his actual enemies and just making solo movies about them just doesn't work
When It Comes To The Recent Disney Live Action Movies There's One That's Surprisingly Great Movie And That's Pete's Dragon Released In 2016
I liked the Twilight movies but i didn't like breaking dawn 2
Gosh I was really thinking you would of said jungle book for the live action remakes for Disney! I think it was very well done! As well as the voice cast did amazing!
The 2022 Hellraiser is my favorite too
If you not going to do a list on what is the best of a truly terrible franchise what is the point. If a franchise has a 5 star movie that started it by definition the franchise can't be considered bad, just a disappointing franchise.
Best of the worst franchises
Jurassic Park/ World: Jurassic Park, although I do also really like The Lost World never quite got the hate for that one, but after that it’s all down hill for me
Jaws: the first film
Saw: Saw X
Cars: Cars 3
Texas Chainsaw Massacre: the 2003 remake
Despicable Me: the first film
The Disney live action remakes: Jungle Book
Blair Witch: Blair Witch 2016
Terminator: Terminator 2: Judgment Day, first film
Is great as well but 3 and Genisys are garbage and Salvation and Dark Fate are mediocre (my opinion of course no hate to anyone who likes any of the terminator films post T2)
I think Kraven will be good. I lost all hope in the venom series, I think it's awful. Haven't seen madame web yet, I think morbius wasn't great by any means, but it was a total victim of internet meme culture and bandwagoning/review bombing.
How many more flops before star wars is considered a bad franchise?
I hated the first 2 trolls and I went into 3 as a joke, and I honestly had a lot of fun lmao did not expect that.
The moment you mentioned ALADDIN...
Its not a Hot take, its a FACT!
Next video, bad movies from great franchise! Would love to see it!
I've actually already done that video! th-cam.com/video/NKYZw7n9AzE/w-d-xo.html
Seqn would you take your son to see Deadpool since its rated r
It’s on the table.
I’ll probably take my neighbor to the early press screening and I’ll make a decision based on the film itself.
I took him to Alien in the theater a week ago.
When I saw the title of this video, I could not resist
I know you're talking about the best of the worst franchises but I have to vent on how much I didn't like the Aladdin live action. Will Smith did okay as the genie but nothing can hold a candle to Robin Williams and the guy who played Aladdin is as forgettable as the movie. I couldn't even get through it I hated it so much. Disney needs to stop but they won't because money. Hopefully people keep talking with their wallets and they can put an end to this nonsense.
It's time to rank the Scary Movie franchise
I was hoping you’d pic Eclipse from the Twilight Franchise
