btw they are almost the same scooter, especially after you get a custom firmware, also use old BMS 126 on pro2 (since in the pro2 the battery is limited to 11800mah due to BMS 128, instead of 12800mah probably they made that decision for the battery life, and that's the reason the pro1 seems a little bit faster at full charge and the battery last a little bit longer) also the pro2 light are much brigther, so night riding is more safe, but really just pick the one that cost you less, since as i said once you unlock them there is not much difference

Well after watching this I’ll stick with my Pro 1. Really not worth the upgrade. I’ve already put the fender guard upgrade on it and solid tyres. Pro 2 has a better brighter light? That’s it.. Not even worth releasing a Pro 2 model in my opinion. I’ll use a head touch if I want a brighter light.
Hi guys, thank you for the review. I just upgraded to Pro 2 around 3 days ago, so far my impression is; the new one is a "lazy" scooter, it is slower, less powerful, acceleration is slow too. After a year with a Pro 1 I can say for sure I did a big mistake to upgrade, the Pro 1 even older was faster. On pro two I like only the stability on standing, but it has less space VS Pro 1, by the way, the light is good, I love the new tyres so far. Regards, Carlos

Apparently there is some difference in battery between the two The Pro originally used purple LG cells which later got switched to cheap chinese blue "EVE" cells which dont perform as well. The same cheap battery then made its way into the Pro 2 and ninebot also use them in the Max G30.
Pro 1. The specs is just same. The advantage of Pro 2 is just safety feature, like upgraded head light and additional reflector. Pro 1 is cheaper. You can just buy those reflectors and Light for bicycle. That's more stronger light than stock light. Not worth it to upgrade to pro 2. I hope. They just make it more stronger motor and bigger battery capacity than pro 1. Additional reflector and strong light for additional $64?. Meh!.
Got the Pro 2 as well now! Got to thank the idiot who stole my E-scooter at the bike racks next to the local bus station here in Akld NZ! At least the Pro 2 addressed those visibility & the rear fender support issues hehe! 😁🛴
there was a confusion in the original version, on the hill test section, i said the peak motor output is 750w for pro 2 and 800w for pro1, but I mean they are real-time motor output, but someone misunderstood that and said both have 600w motor. So I say clearly in this video that the data is real time motor output from the app.
So pro is slightly faster. But i think pro2 has bigger battery thats why it makes it a bit sluggish than pro. On the specs that i read somewhere pro2 has bigger battery
I have the Pro 2 for about two weeks and I must say I'm glad I bought it and 'very durable and safe

Its 12.4ah battery for the Pro 2 model. Ya I noticed that the Pro 2 is a tad slower than the Pro 1 due to speed compliance in other countries.
