This is my favorite spot in the entire game. A perfect, but small paradise where a boy and his "dog" can play. This is exactly where I'd climb the pillars and call over Trico to show him, "look, I'm tall as you are" and jump on his back. Simply existing with Trico was worth all the horrid game controls.
OKAY. NOW I'M CONVINCED. I was gonna buy a PS4 in the future mostly for Kingdom Hearts and Spider-Man, but then I dove into this rabbit hole of cuteness. I started considering buying this game as well. But now that I've seen THIS... This unreasonably adorable scene... Oh boy. Color me impressed. Once I have a PS4 you can bet that this is going in my cart XD

Later on in the game, the hints/boy as an old man refers to trico as a male. Around the time when Trico's wings grow back.
