So in 3.1 it will have only mtc signed by manufacturer or mtc and a seperate delcaration stating it's compliance with the order. Pls clarify.

3.1 Certificate is given by the manufacturer to his customer. Signed by Quality Manager (QA/QC) who is independent of the manufacturing department.

Product inspected in Lot basis, Example one part is inspected per lot of 1000 parts.

ISO 9001, European Union audit are for the Company...Any Manufacturer can issue 3.1 Certificate by including the Physical & Chemical properties of the raw material which they used to make their own product.
