This really helped me after making numerous small flying geese that are not measuring out correctly at completion.

This is the BEST flying geese tutorial that I’ve seen. I really appreciate the detailed explanation on how to trim them. Cutting, sewing and trimming. The close up shots with the ruler markings was very helpful!! Thank you!

Yay, these tutorials are so much fun! I'm really glad to have purchased the planner and super excited about this channel.
I'm going to sew along with the video. The diving board fabric looks so beautiful, I might just use the same fabric. :-)

I would have forgotten about trimming to include the quarter inch. Good reminder!

This is fantastic thank you! How do you calculate your blocks? Eg for final size of your complete piece?

Great tutorial. However, the seamstress is not so great. My points in the middle did not match up exactly. But I am going to leave it right now. lol. Do you recommend adding the borders as we go or attach them at the end? Thank you so much.

Debbie Chlouber I bet you’ll never even notice the center once it’s quilted, washed and snuggled, as it’s meant to be. I’m
Glad you’re leaving it as it is. I recommend waiting to add the borders til the end. Then you can decide where you’d like to place each block and which you like the look of the border on. ❤️
