The Saver's Credit is extra nice because you can make a qualifying contribution after year end and basically up until the tax deadline. You need to contribute before you file. Also for, MFJ both individuals will need an account that they contributed to, that will allow them to maximize the credit. The charitable contribution deduction is still rolled in with the itemized deduction, but you can deduct $300 and still claim the standard deduction.
Hey Brian great content as always. Would it make more sense to just claim the standard single tax deduction if it's much more than stock losses? Thank you for all the tips! I have a question though, a number of companies have decided to make their employees ”Statutory Employees” what type of deductions can they claim? After all, those employees work from home and as a result thei are using many more of their own assets to benefit the company without additional compensation. Thank you!!!

Brian, how do we claim the sick days before Dec 31 as an Independent contractor?
You can do it on your tax return or claim it now on Form 7200.
Great content Brian! I have a quick tax question that I haven’t been able to get a straightforward answer for. Let’s say I’ve been dollar cost averaging into the stock market every week for a year and decide to sell everything at the 1.5 year mark , would I be taxed short or long term capital gains ( loss)?
Damn dude lookin like a model in that thumbnail with that smile. Daniel dae kim’s lil bro or somethin lol
AAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAH Thank you for that comment Klwang hahahahah
Thank you Brian- are these still valid for 2022 and 2023?
Can I get paid $5,000 to take 10 days off if I doordash?
Thank you for all the tips!
I have a question though, a number of companies have decided to make their employees ”Statutory Employees” what type of deductions can they claim?
After all, those employees work from home and as a result thei are using many more of their own assets to benefit the company without additional compensation.
Thank you!!!
Haven't worked much this year so I won't have alot of taxes
If you're working more next year, hopefully you can keep some of these in mind to reduce your tax burden. Thank you for all your support Mbc Nomads!
