I try to find percentage of soil moisture using blynk application and get soil moisture percentage around 50- 60percent max but it's not getting 100 percent even if I dip in the cup of water. So could you should me solutions on how to get 100 percentage when it's fully dipped in the water?

Before getting the data on blynk, have you checked the data separately that you are sending to blynk?
There are 2 pins on my soil sensor which connect to amplifier. Which pin on soil sensor is ground pin? Or I can connect in in any way?
You can connect it anyway but if you will notice, in my case I have a comparator connected in between to make it work accordingly
