For those still having issues with the Nanoleaf not turning on etc I found on a website when i was searching for a solution and apparently there seems to have been a faulty batch sent out. Go to their website, page “product and order support” then “controller replacement program”…… insert the serial number which is situated on the inside of the controller, and if it’s from a faulty batch they’ll send out a replacement. Hope this helps those of you that were as frustrated as I was with this problem rendering my lights useless and kudos to Nanoleaf for at least acknowledging the issue and sending out replace controllers.
@@TerenceSmith I contacted Nanoleaf last week about this problem. Its a malfunction hardware problem in the controller. I just got my new one and now my Nanoleafs are working again. Contact the support and they will send you guys for free.
Had this same issue. Turns out i had an electrical issue on the outlets i was testing on. Moved to different part of those and no issues with hard reset
Maybe you should label this video Nanoleaf Shapes Hard Reset Failed, as it is it’s sort of misleading as I’ve basically watched the entire movie to realize I’ve wasted my time?
There’s way too many of these videos trying to fix this issue, nanoleaf should address this, there fixit video does Not Work.
