A guesstimate of how much if would cost to put a lot in for a single wide trailer. Including a spot for a power pole, water and sewer. Looking to make just trailer lots
I’ve decided to sell my large regular home and downsize to a single wide mobile. I’m so worried I won’t get a good installer, I’ve read the reviews of horror stories with installs and I don’t know how to choose one. Is there an association of installers that I can get ratings of installers? I’ll need the pad improved and septic put in, I’ll also need a well. I’m planning on selling and moving end of this year. Do you have any advice? Thank you for the video
We are a individually owned company. I don't know where you are located but we are in ga. If you can find a dealer does does the work there self would be the best advice I could offer. We are the only dealer that does that around my area. If you want to send the name of the company when you find 1 I'll see if I can find anything out for you. Thanks for watching
They placed my home on bricks and I had to level three time and they placed one pad.what kind I do about put some money leveling my home that I paid cash for it. I into the CEO of the company oh yeah the company is Harbor palm home in Seguin, Texas. I think they took at advantage of me. I found out they cork for the floor and not ply wood, so I going to replace that.How going to keep my level? I one company by the lone Star company to and guaranteed for a year will they had come back three in six months and I call again they did not show up. Now I see the crack in wall some of it was caught by the company you deliver and how I watch him. I will not recommend to anyone and Lone Star level ING company.
You should definitely film more foundation and home set up videos. Folks researching buying manufactured homes will find these interesting and useful.
