Besides, the video shows two middle-aged women: the first one celebrates her decision to finally start the sport regardless of age and the second one is an overweight woman amusing herself, having a ball with her son, being cheerfully welcomed and unapologetic about everything... There’s also Nile displaying his vulnerability without getting tacky: sharing and moving on, quintessentially human! Nice one, mate!

Wish I could get in the gym and join an adult class but I have a progressive neurological condition and I can’t keep balance standing up amount other issues so it’s out of the question, the ‘train smart’ way of thinking pushes me through my physio exercises daily to slow my progression and keep my upper body strong enough to be independent in my wheelchair. Keep it up Nile, everybody is behind you, whatever life ends up throwing your way! ❤️

I absolutely love this video! So inspiring to see sally do a backflip! I have a similar body type and thought I would never ever be able to do gymnastics and flips and it means the world to me to see that I might!! Unfortunately you don’t have a gym in the Netherlands though :(
There are several gyms that do offer great adult gymnastics lessons though! I have been doubting it for a long time but when i finish college next summer i hope to be able to have a first try as well!
