Germany was kicking Russia's ass for the first few weeks, but they were always in a vulnerable situation. Mainly, Germany didn't have enough food, rubber or oil. They were relying on imports before the war, but when the war started, the British navy blockaded them, so they couldn't get those resources from the Americas. Also their demands increased during war because they had to supply all those tanks and planes, and also had to supply the people in the territories they conquered. They had an agreement with Russia to divvy up Poland and to buy Russian oil and grain, but Russia didn't have enough of a surplus to meet the full needs of Germany.
Hitler's solution was to catch Russia with their pants down and backstab them so that they could take all of Russia's food and oil (even if that meant Russia would starve). Russia only had half their army on the European frontline, the rest were in Siberia and shit, but German put basically it's whole military on the Eastern front, which meant they had superior forces and could break through the Russian lines, and encircle massive amounts of Russian soldiers and crush them.
All this fighting meant Germany was also burning through its limited oil reserves really fast though, so Germany had to beat the Russian army really fast. And Germany needed trains to supply their troops, but Russian railway gauges were wider than Western European ones, so Germany had to rebuild the Russian railways so that their supply trains could run on them. That meant Germany would have issues fighting deep in Russian territories and had to defeat the Russians closer to Germany, when the German armies would be better supplied.
Unfortunately for Germany, Russia improved its pull out game, and ended up bringing a lot more troops to the fight than expected, and Germany ended up chasing the Soviets deep into Russia. German supply lines got stretched thin and the oil shortage clock was still ticking, and Germany failed to meet its objective of defeating the Red Army in the first few months of the war. Now Germany had to replace its supply trucks with horse carts, its motorcycle reconnaissance divisions with bicycles, and use some expensive and inefficient methods to convert coal into oil for their tanks.
Meanwhile, Russia finished relocating its military factories to safer locations deeper into its territory, and started getting more aid from the United States. In 1942, Germany made a desperate last ditch attempt to take the Caucasus oil fields, took Ukraine's grain to feed their empire (causing famines for the locals), and managed to capture one oil field, but not before the Russians blew it all up. Before the Germans could rebuild the oil rigs, the Russians counterattacked and took back those oil fields, and the Russians and Germans became bogged down in a very deadly battle around Stalingrad.
With the Germans struggling to hold back Russian counter attacks, the US & UK decided it was a good time to invade Italy in 1943, and France in 1944. Now that Germany was under attack from every direction, they quickly collapsed.
Ultimately, 5,000,000 Axis soldiers died on the Eastern Front fighting Russia. Russia's kill:loss ratios weren't the best, but they were still responsible for 85%+ of German military deaths. Then the Russians swung back East, broke their truce with Japan, and took about 3 weeks to defeat Japan's million strong Kwantung Army in Manchuria. The Americans quickly nuked Japan to make sure they surrendered to the US instead of the USSR.

That Chinese predatorial loan thing is real…. Recently they occupied one of the airports in a African country……. And they have a lot of small loan apps where they lend you money but also get the access of user’s gallery without the user’s knowledge and later those app owners blackmail the people with their private pics when they’re unable to pay their loan amount charged with sky rocket interest rates

Japan was doing pretty good at the start of the war and invaded Korea and a big chunk of China. They kinda fucked up Pearl Harbor, they were supposed to destroy the US carrier fleet but the American carriers were on missions elsewhere so the Japanese could only destroy less valuable battleships. The British and American leadership were kinda racist and saw the Japanese as an inferior people so they underestimated them. They paid for that mistake when Japan took away all the European Southeast Asian colonies in a matter of months. France already gave Indochina (Vietnam) to Japan in 1940 when they surrendered to Germany. But in just a few months, Japan managed to take the Philippines from the US, and Singapore, Malaysia, most of Burma and most of Indonesia from the British.
Japan's goal was to grab Indonesia's oil, and then they'd have a couple years to strengthen their defenses in their conquered territories and hunker down for an American counter attack. They were hoping that they would have a strong enough defenders advantage that the cost for the US to kick them out would be too high, and the US would pussy out and agree to a peace where Japan could keep a lot of their conquests.
However, because the US didn't lose their carriers, and shocked the world with their military-industrial output, they were able to bounce back really fast. Although the US airforce was kinda shitty at first, American aircraft technology improved really fast too. For the first year, the US was mostly working on taking out the Japanese navy. Then, there were a bunch of small islands they had to take back. Although they were small, they were very heavily fortified, so you should think of them more like a really really powerful aircraft carrier, and the Japanese had loads of these little islands while the Americans had just a few aircraft carriers they could attack them with.
By the time the Americans had the atomic bomb, the Japanese still controlled most of their lands in Indonesia and Southeast Asia, as well as a big chunk of China, but they didn't control the water or air anymore. That meant the Americans were able to take over some small islands within striking distance of Japan, and use those as a launch point for air raids against Japan's main islands. Japanese cities were made of tightly packed wooden buildings, and the Americans used specially designed bombs that were meant to cause huge firestorms. The firebombing of Tokyo on March 9-10, 1945 actually killed about as many Japanese and destroyed more homes than the atomic bombing of Hiroshima (which was the most damaging of the two nuclear attacks). Overall, 8.5 million Japanese were left homeless by the air raids of 1945.
However, even though the Japanese were clearly fucked, they were still fighting back hard. The Japanese propaganda was that the Americans would torture and rape anyone they captured, so you might as well die a glorious death in combat. Still, the Japanese weren't able to get anyone to volunteer to become Kamikaze pilots (which they only started using in the last year of the war). So a lot of the Japanese the airforce recruited were people considered "too free-thinking" that Japan didn't mind sending to their deaths. Then the US decided they'd rather have 200,000 die from a couple nuclear strikes than millions of deaths from a land invasion of the home islands, and that was the end of that.
