We like all the same candles. Sparkling Pear Riesling is one of my absolute favorites. The Sparkling Apple Champagne from last year smells just as amazing. Working out is great for so many reasons, mostly increasing endurance, heart health, and agility. I've exercised since I was 9/10 years old. In my late teens to mid- 30's I weighed a 115lbs. Once I hit my late 30's weight came from no where; and I workout hard. So exercising is really geared for increasing strength not "losing weight". Depending upon your goals I would suggest the weights daily (arms and legs alternate days), the Abs so tightly 24-day challenge and doing cardio every other day. Unless of course you're working out with a trainer. Kelsey your hair is so beautiful and shiny - I would have noticed that te-an-sy bit of heat damage. I'll be glad when my hair is as healthy as yours. I'm always impressed by how perfect the two of you do your makeup. Magnificent. Your conversation about the nail polish was great, it had me cracking up.
there is a nail salon in Alpharetta that has sets of gel polish color with matching regular polish for toes. They have tons of colors to choose from. Nail Season on State bridge (in publix and chic file lot)

I LIVE for your middle part Kendra😍 one suggestion to help hide it and gradually get rid of your heat damage is putting small perm rods on those pieces at night when you pineapple it, that's what I used to do along with a lot of deep conditioning and it really helped

Kelsey i hate the Vita Coconut Water too, but you should try the Bai Coconut Water. It tastes COMPLETELY different and is so good. I thought I hated coconut water too but it turned out i just hated the Vita version.
