I've started doing this recently. I definitely notice my stress levels decrease when I breathe through the left side. As a bonus, it also clears my stuffy nose.

Thank you for this. I have been through it three times now. Have had a several decades , untill recentlu apparently insolulble problem which ultimately resulted in nightly problems with powerful muscle spasms and sleep deprivation. Accidentally saw a TH-cam several days ago which mentioned alternate nostril breathing. I tried it that night during a particularly difficult muscle and nervous episode. The result was VERY dramatic. It calmed me down within minutes of starting. It helped me again that night and made sleep much more possible. So, I became interested. I find your viideo superbly informative and helpful. I did nadi shadana many many years ago when doing (about six years) of yoga, but apparently was much better bealanced then so had no idea of its power as a technique. Thank you again.

Wow it's the first time I saw you going this in-depth. Please do more videos on yoga and meditation practices.
