I truly believe everyone could benefit from a combat sport. Not only does it help with your fitness but it also helps your mind. I was in and out of juvie as a teen and was probably destined for jail or death. Ended up watching a ufc fight for the first time with one of my friends and it was the masvidal askren fight. I thought masvidal was a total badass so I decided to go to my local mma gym and ended up falling in love with the sport. It kept me busy and out of trouble while it also helped with my depression and anger issues. Now I’m in college with a 3.7 gpa and healthier then ever and a functional human being
TLDR: was a shithead as a teen but mma gave me something to stay busy and help me

i don't entirely disagree with you, and i'm happy you got your act together, but when i did martial arts, i saw lot of people go from bad human beings to even worse human beings, mostly because now they are more skilled at hurting people. you have to be open to change for martial arts to have such an effect on you, and too many aren't

Can't knock being a Machinist. It's definitely not for everyone, but it can be super rewarding and after time you can make great money.

Tim Kennedy was a Green Beret sniper & Brian Stan was a Marine Corps officer with 3/2 who was one of the main units in the invasion of Iraq. So MMA was actually a downstep in the extreme factor for them.

Bruh, PVZ went to high school with my sister. Perhaps she was bullied before she moved to Sparks, but she was popular and well-liked at her high school.

Sometimes all anybody needs is a little confidence to walk around without feeling scared of anybody. Start training, it will change your life. This could go on, and on. The story's of change is amazing in the MMA world.
