    Man all man sitting there nice and calm wind in your favor and a darn coyote runs the deer out my adrenaline was pumping on that one well at least your getting some good action I got to go out yesterday i got to see a nice wide 8 and doe yesterday but was to far out for a shot I have seen some sign in the woods but Little action right now but i sure got pumped up when he came out however I'm not getting discouraged cause I no its about to be on for the both of us and I have no doubt will both get a nice deer however I hope you do get tall tines or a nice surprise you didn't no was in there that's what's awesome about the rut is you never no what's going to pop out of nowhere I liked the new spot looks promising thanks for taking the time to share your video and good luck out there brother

      +Robert Thompson you’re right on brother, adrenaline was definitely pumping when I looked over and that 10 was looking right at me lol. That’s good you laid eyes on a wide 8, hope you can connect with him (or another bruiser). I’m sure hoping to get a good buck in range lol. And yeah, you never know with the rut, I hope that since we have a lot of does around a big boy will wander in from somewhere else. Good luck, hope the action picks up for you.     Do you use ladder or hang on stands and how high do you put them? Great video!

      +Phil Gorski thanks! I use hang on stands mostly. Most of my stands are 20-25 feet to the platform. I like to be a little on the higher side because I can get away with more movement. Also, several of my stand locations are where the terrain comes up next to the stand, so I need to be higher or I’d be almost eye level with the deer. If I’m in a bushier tree that hides me well I’d definitely hunt lower, makes the shot angles a lot better. Good luck 👍
