NIT Allahabad CSE or IT is better than IIIT Allahabad in academic wise as well as placement wise. So, you can go with NIT Allahabad and must come to our college :)

Sorry I haven't checked this comment so that's why I am late, So, IIIT Allahabad have good coding culture same as MNNIT, and almost same company visits to both colleges - so same opportunity, college cultural is great at nit allahabad.
Depending upon location, in some place of hostels Airtel is good but in some Jio is good. But most of the time you will use net in hostels so their is wifi . And rest of the time in campus you can use any sim card
