What is Lateral condyle fracture of humerus in children?
#Lateral_condyle_fracture_of_humerus_in_children is the most common fracture in children. The lateral is the area outside the elbow, which is the lowest part of the elbow. It is the most common fracture after Supracondyle fracture. It is caused by the hand falling towards the elbow and due to undue valgue force. This fracture is highly missed because the fracture line is not visible in the undisplaced fracture. Black lucency is visible on X-ray. This means that a blood clot is seen there.
लेटरल कौन्डाइल फ्रैक्चर बच्चों में सबसे ज्यादा होने वाला फ्रैक्चर है। लेटरल कौन्डाइल एल्बो के बहार वाला एरिया जो की कोहनी के सबसे नीचला हिसा होता है। सुप्राकॉन्डाइल फ्रैक्चर के बाद सबसे कॉमन फ्रैक्चर है। ये हाथ के ब्ल कोहनी की तरफ गिरने से होता है और अनुचित वैल्यू फोर्स की वजह से होता है। ये फ्रैक्चर बहुत ज्यादा मिस होता है क्योंकि इसमे अनडिस्प्लेस्ड फ्रैक्चर में फ्रैक्चर लाइन नहीं दीखती। एक्सरे करने पर ब्लैक ल्यूसेंसी दीखती है। इसका मतलब होता है की वहा पर खून का थक्का जमा हुआ दिखता है।

1. Undisplaced Fracture
2. Upto 2mm displaced fracture
3. More than 2mm displaced fracture
Treatment:
• Undisplaced Fracture Treatment :-
1. Slab for one weak
2. Followed by cast for few weak
3. Exercise -Physio
• Upto 2mm displaced fracture Treatment :-
1. Slab and plaster
2. Percutaneous pinning
3. Physio
• More than 2mm displaced fracture Treatment :-
1. Surgery is necessary
2. Physio

Hello sir, my daughter 6 years old.
While running she fell on ground and resulted lateral condyle fracture in her right hand elbow. Doctor did synthetic plaster 2 days ago and prescribed 3 weeks stay with medicine.

अगर प्लास्टर के बाद हाँथ टेढ़ा हो गया है। यानी AP पोजीसन में हाँथ रखने पर कोहनी के नीचे के भाग अंदर की तरफ ज्यादा होने के कारण टेढ़ा दिखता है तो क्या करना होगा?
