    I'm watching these in the wrong order but I don't mind that. Your quiche looks Delish. I started this morning with determination, 2 boiled eggs and 2 satsumas. Honestly I wasn't starving at 11. Then chicken rice salad, huge, for lunch and beef with veg, lots of it and porridge tonight. No crap. Feel very full. Optimising is now dawning on me. I need to eat lots at each meal and no picking in between unless it's fruit. So if you've time, give the eggs a try. I think your hair is lovely, maybe if you want a change ( after the ball)!!! What about a bob to your chin? Jx

      sounds like you have had a fab meal. I tend to eat a lot of eggs too as the protein really helps keep me full. I used to have a bob for years - also had hair right down my back too. I like to be able to tie it up for work and a short bob is just a bit too short for me - thanks for the suggestion though. Have a great week hun xxxx
