    one thing I've learned, life is too short to craft with cheap yarn. having said that, acrylic does have it's place for things that will be beat up like baby clothes and blankets and toys, but garments for yourself go for the good stuff you'll be happier.

    I bean knitting myself a shawl. And I knitting dishcloth mats for local cafe near me. Aswell

      Lovely! I’m still working on my shawl I started in Nov and it has about 20 rows… Haha. Aww, that sounds so sweet! Wish my local cafe had hand knitted things 😁

      Start with a simple pattern - a scarf perhaps - and take note of all abbreviations mindfully - a good tip is to write out the pattern in a way you understand - like a translation :-)
