Open Space and Agriculture: Partners In Conservation

Mention open space and most people envision trails and wildlife. Who would guess that Boulder County farmers grow enough barley to brew a quantity of beer to satisfy the entire county? Or that the largest horse ranching operation in the nation is housed right here in Boulder County? The video reveals these and many other fascinating glimpses of the active farming component of the County open space program. The 16-minute program was produced by the City of Boulder's Channel 8 in 2003.
