can you make a dedicated video on minimalistic false ceiling designs, and a budget friendly option as well where profiles lights are installed directly on the ceiling by cutting grooves. Also, if the house is still under construction, is it possible to place electrical points before casting slab to create a false ceiling effect without having to spend much money? thanks

Abhinav sir, I also want to use rain shower in my house which is in progress but u said we have to plan it earlier but what exactly we have to do , I don't know and also please suggest good shower sizes and models for the same as well as if my bathroom is at the first floor and tha tank is on the mamti which is 9 ft in height so will there any pressure issues for rain shower , if it is so please share solution as well

Hi I enjoyed your video about the mistakes in interior design. you have advocated the use of smart switches in the video whic are wifi enabled. But what will happen in case of a power cut or if wifi is not working for some reason?
Bro those are light switches if there’s no light in house then how can you use your switches also those are touch switches means you can use them like normal switches also if you don’t have wifi still you can use them through Bluetooth

For bathroom floor tiles size cost for larger and smaller is more or less same in our area, 30 by 30 60 by 60, or even 120 by 60 but our worker always insist to bring smaller size 30 by 30 so slop can be made better for water drainage. Is this true or any solution

If your bathroom is less than 35sqft never go for 2*4 tiles. More than half will go in wastage and it will look asymmetrical. Either go for 2*4 for shower panel or go for 1*2 ft tiles.

Velvet is also good & PU polish is very good but little costly.

These things u mentioned are for premium homes, not everyone can afford this...the switches u mentioned itself is expensive and it stops functioning repairing is also a headache, many times that same model won't be available in future.

What if the physical switches Vanish from market ?
I recommend not going for touch switches. They were installed in my office and they are a nightmare. Oftentimes, they are non intuitive, not as responsive.
Most important things to look for in a switch are safety, comfort and support for a long time, so always buy from a standard trusted company.
You can always hide switches in an intelligent way if it doesn't look good but should never regret the type of switches you bought.
It is also good to go for smart appliances which have multiple backup options for control

For bed, mine is 1.5 inch above ground and I hate it like anything. It can't be mopped and broomed well and only create space for dust to settle. If it had been stick to the group, there wouldn't have been any space for dust to settle. It's worse with kids because their balls are all below the bed and it's of great effort to get those out.
Normal switches are much better in terms of cost and maintenance

Last tip is useless like i personally feel that switches are still the go to thing what if the plate stops working? You won’t be able to use the switch board and not any electrician can repair it plus spending 1 lakh on switch boards is just impractical
