@ also just want to say thank you for these types of videos. It’s really cool to see a deck list and have it explained. Being new to the TCG not everything is as obvious so getting this style of video really helps understand the play style the different decks want.

@PokeDubzTCG Its nice to be able to gust and protect your stage 1 on the bench with mist. I've eneded up needing it to swap out with a few cards. Especially for competitive play going agaisnt better players.

Yeah I just built it today and I’m enjoying having the Palkia option. Don’t need it every game, but it’s great to have and a good distraction for opponents since they have to play around it.
@@PokeDubzTCG yeah but you literally have nothing to switch into, plus if you go second you can get two energy on it turn one, to guarantee a retreat, or putting two energy in play turn two while conserving your attach for turn. and even if you go first, you likely wont end up taking much damage because this format sucks for attacking t1.
@angieexistsnow I mean sure, but also the extra 10 Hp literally does nothing for us. I’d rather hit for 20 for one energy if NEEDED than have 10 extra HP. But to each their own!
Tbf I'm not saying you're wrong at all! I'm saying that I personally prefer this one because it can attack for a better number and for less, where I don't see the overall benefit of the extra 10 HP. If it was like a 60HP to 70HP difference, then there's an obvious winner there! I'm always open to suggestions though!
If you have 2 charcadets t1 and attach an energy for turn, next turn you can attach to the other then retreat the active to get one more energy into the discard.
This one seems really fun. Definitely want to try and put this together and try it out this weekend

You could use Jet Energy and mist energy since any energy power his attacks.
If they’re in the discard, sure. But I haven’t needed any of those energies personally.

why would you play the 70 hp and not the 80 hp if you dont run poffin
80 Hp has a 2 retreat cost, which is bad.
