Yeah you can pick up the carbine for free early and you get the bio scope for free later on before the appearance of the regenerators. Sold it though to use the pesetas towards the purchase of the Stingray. Even unupgraded (normal difficulty) it did some meaningful damage against the boar ganado and helped out against regenerators. Double damage to weak spots.
Great vid...I actually think Separate Ways in 4 Remake is better than the base game. If anything, I don't think 4 Remake made enough correct changes....Ada's campaign should've been a longer B campaign whereas Leon A had even more pacing issues than OG 4 base game. Love the combat mechanics in 4 Remake but think OG 4 had better script writing at the "right moments." Many of these RE games are "must plays" as 4/4 Remake are no exception to the rule
I mean I get the frustration but for how substantial the side story is, it's makes sense as an expansion. I do wish it was there from the start but I also think that for 10 bucks it's a steal
i forgot about the trap spike ceiling. it's not in the remake or this DLC.

Capcom is KILLING IT. They've had only one or two blips in what's otherwise a SPIKE FEST
You can pick up the sniper rifle and scope in chapter 1. I guess you missed it, so then you have to buy it.
