The girls' comments are cutting and do not exhibit the best of humanity, unfortunately. However, it's not too late for them to learn to change their thinking, accepting appearances, i.e. skin and hair color are hereditary and no one should be shamed for qualities that are natural.
Understand that they are all being put into the same position.

Also for the record: the finest girl ever on this show didn’t get a date. S3 Megan was fire, and kept getting buzzed out for being a bit bigger than the others.

And women outright stating that a guy is too short is equally jerk-ish. Weird how if a man says they will not date anyone over a certain weight or within a certain age.. they are jerks but if a woman says a guy is too short or say they only date guys over 6 foot tall .. this is ok and often the man is laughed at by the other girls and the audience. You can see this in like 3 out of every 5 episode. "I want a tall handsome man" they say... well fuck them so.. What goes around comes around. I say I want a slim woman in her 20's. Nobody over 30.. they are too old and their tits are starting to sag.
