I bet one of the hardest things as an asmrtist is not making "other noises" like creaking your chair or breathing too heavily. If you try the "finger bouncing" at 8:45 for yourself, it's so quiet irl, but really shows up on the mic.
The Best part of going to the gym consistently is that. Even though it sucks sometimes and you dont wanna go, but end up going anyway. In the aftermath of the workout you feel so good.

I put together my first ever PC last month after upgrading from a 9 year rig. Went from a GTX 1060 to a 4090, the difference is night & day. I can finally play a lot of the latest games on high graphics with high fps + no longer lag in big multiplayer areas I used to on my old PC. Programs open & save stuff so quickly too, a real game changer. I decided to bite the bullet and pay for high end parts, at least it'll last me another 10 years or what not. It was fun to build too. Another not-a-tech-expert-but-I-built-my-own-PC-guy here. :D I can only recommend that you buy all the parts separately, because a) you can decide and combine exactly what you want and need (obviously, not everyone needs a 4090) for your tasks (e. g.: installing additional SSD storage, choosing a case you actually like, going for specific components etc.), b) ready-made setups by system integrators are usually WAY more expensive than the built-in parts and can be difficult to adjust (you never know what they did with the cables). It only took me a couple of weeks casually watching YT videos by my favourite hardware people (in German, unfortunately) for turning from an absolute 0 into now a passionate amateur. Hope you have fun choosing a nice gaming setup!

I recommend getting parts and building your own pc. I learned how to build one all through watching youtube vids. It did take me a while but I felt good finally being able to build one myself.
Few questions regarding the pc, What’s your budget? Are you comfortable with building it yourself? Is space an issue, do you need a small form factor or is a large case ok? What resolution do you want to play at? Do you want an AMD or Intel processor? Do you want an Nvidia GPU or Radeon GPU?, I can create a few parts lists to gine you some options if you wanted me to

That's why a lot of them wear headphones to listen to the sound as they do them. This way they know not to make it too loud or silent.
