I would have liked if you did a demonstration by adding clubs in the bag to see how well the bag organizes the clubs and if they clang into each other when you move around.
Thanks for the feedback. That would have been a good segment to add but I didn't think of it at the time. I'm planning on doing a follow up and will have the clubs in the bag as I do right now. Thanks for watching.
Solid video. hope you changed the batteries in that smoke detector tho. I was listening with headphones and did 2 laps around my house trying to find the beeping before realizing it was in the video. lol
Awesome, I really enjoy my bag and I'm looking into the cart bag as well. I can't justify having two bags yet and my wife would not be happy with the space it would take up!
Looking at this bag pretty hard right now. Are the dividers full length? Can you give an update on the usage of the bag? Has the rubber top effected the club shafts at all in terms of rubbing?
Dividers are not full length. I haven't walked a course with it carried. The straps are comfortable when I'm walking to the course and range. It's a short distance but the weight feels balanced. The rubber top hasn't damaged the clubs. I have metal and graphite shafts and they all seem fine. If you primarily ride or push cart, I would opt for the cart bag or the new silencer they just put out.
Just bought this. Can’t figure out where the towel is supposed attached to. On my last bag there was a hook on the outside of the bag. The only thing similar is the hook you said keys would hang on.
I'm currently keeping my towel attached to the side rope piece. It's attached using the carabiner. I also keep my tee/repair tool pouch and steel brush attached as well.
No, I have not. I have carried it using the strap and in a regular cart and both are good. Ogio released a new version of this bag but I have not used it.
Hi. When using it on a golf cart, does the strap used to secure the bag, interfere or prevernt you from easily accessing any of the pockets? My first Ogio bag had this issue, my second ogio bag, has a strap pass through so the personal pocket is accessible. That would be the pocket with the fleece lining on yours.
Thanks for the review. Just some advice for possible future bag reviews. Put some clubs in that puppy and show us you putting them in and taking them out. I want to see how it looks and acts when all the clubs are in there. Also, maybe take that bad-boy out for a quick round and use the bag, then tell us how that went. You could even film yourself out on the course so we could see how the bag looks strapped into the cart, etc. Thanks again.
Thanks for this reply! I was very excited to get this bag and wanted to do a quick overview. OGIO and other retailers had short videos and were not that thorough. Eventually I will do a proper "review" of the bag. Thanks for watching.
Thanks! Im using a stroke lab putter with a regular pistol so it fits easily. Ogio's marketing said the woode top can fit jumbo grips they even mention stroke lab putter grips. Diameter at the widest point is around 2 inches so it should be wide enough to fit all grips
I haven't used the bag long enough to give a good answer to this. I play about twice a month and hit the range about once a week. So far, it doesn't look like it will. The shaft doesn't rub excessively on the bag.
My irons have Golf Pride MCC +4 grips on them. OGIO mentions that the Super Stroke putter grips will fit. The holes are wide and they should be able to fit oversize grips like Brysons jumbo.
I plan to keep this bag for awhile. I'm only here for a few years but I would like to carry when I move to a cooler climate. One course nearby allows carrying so I might try it out there.
Let me know if you have any questions about the bag!

Really appreciate the review, and good points of criticism too. Just got one coming my way and it seems to be a good one!
Thanks. I hope you enjoy your new bag!
Smoke alarm Battery needs changing 🙂. Good video- Thanks, I’m looking at buying one.
I just changed it. Thanks!
Ya my dog was going bananas when I watched this. Any word on that update video???
Solid video. hope you changed the batteries in that smoke detector tho. I was listening with headphones and did 2 laps around my house trying to find the beeping before realizing it was in the video. lol
I did! Actually checked the whole house after that video.
Very good overview! Have been looking for one on this particular bag as I have one being delivered this week. Thanks!

OMG take care of your f'n smoke alarm. I just spent 20 minutes wandering around my house thinking it was on my end!
Replaced the battery as soon as I finished. Didn't feel like re recording it. Thanks for the concern!

Have you used this on a pushcart? If so, is it stable? Thanks.
No, I have not. I have carried it using the strap and in a regular cart and both are good. Ogio released a new version of this bag but I have not used it.
Nice overview.
Thanks!

the valuables pocket is low enough that a golf cart strap wont interfere. i think the big pocket would though
No, I usually loop the strap through the handle and it's fine. The snap pocket is accessible as well as the right side pockets.
Thinking about buying this bag. Are the club sockets durable? The material looks kind of this so I just wanted to see how its holding up for you?
So far everything is holding up well. I go to the range once a week and play maybe twice a month.
How much the price of that Golf Bag
MSRP is $239.99 but they do have sales. Also, if you're a first responder/military they might be giving out discount codes for those as well.

Good job! How is the club space for jumbo grips?

You reckon the slots will rub the paint off the shafts of driver..?
I haven't used the bag long enough to give a good answer to this. I play about twice a month and hit the range about once a week. So far, it doesn't look like it will. The shaft doesn't rub excessively on the bag.
They won't rub off
How many clubs is it supposed to hold?
I think the max is 15.
What grips are you rocking? Have you tried it with oversize grips at all?
My irons have Golf Pride MCC +4 grips on them. OGIO mentions that the Super Stroke putter grips will fit. The holes are wide and they should be able to fit oversize grips like Brysons jumbo.
Are the shoulder straps removable?
No, I wish they had a buckle or clip to make it easy to remove after setting up.
why didnt you just get a cart bag if you dont carry ?
I plan to keep this bag for awhile. I'm only here for a few years but I would like to carry when I move to a cooler climate. One course nearby allows carrying so I might try it out there.
Need to change that smoke detector battery lol. Nice review tho.
Thanks! Changed it right when I finished.
I like the bag...but prefer 14 way top
A lot of players seem to prefer a 14 way top will full length dividers.
