Just had to look deeper into TH-cam, and the next thing you know, I'm following one. There's also a sub-Reddit dedicated to b-boying, and while many of them are a work in progress, they're doing pretty good. When this movie came out "Tour de France" wasn't even out yet. Not available as a 12" single or on the Breakin' soundtrack. Had to wait a minute to get the 12" from the record stores. We use to rent these movies and record the audio of the songs we liked that weren't on the soundtrack on cassette tape. When you went to see breakdance movies in the 80's the audience had most of the lines memorized and would say them out load in the theatre. I saw Beat Street several times and each time it seemed like the audience knew every single line. Props to the musical director of this movie for picking this tune. The should have used "Numbers" too.
