Chris, according to the designer you have the option to voluntary surface (and scuttle) your boat if the odds of survival weigh too heavily against you. A nice option to have in this game. My condolences to the Captain and crew of the U858.
I might have to play it with that kind of captain in mind next time I break it out. That would make things very interesting indeed. Thanks for that.
