Great video Chris!.... we passed through Tankwa / Oasis two days before you on our way to Richtersveld..... didn't get a chance to view the beauty surrounding us ..... thank you for the wonderful footage!
Hi Chris. We're all on the same page... great footage and music. I'm from the Eastern Cape and not familiar with the backroads you traveled...any chance of sharing a link with those details? Ever been to the Eastern Cape Highlands..? Regards Hilton
Hi Hilton thanks for the compliment..unfortunately I don’t have the route on gps only map and used tracks4africa map in a nutshell we did the railway service roads from veldrift to lambertsbay then gravel to vredendal then R363 dirt from klawer to Clanwilliam then dirt road Clanwilliam to Algeria and Cederberg oasis from there towards Opiberg and katbakkies over to Tankwa padstal…. If u check a map it will all make sense then home R355 to ceres 👍🤘
Love your videos Chris. I see you around the WC a lot on your Harley or GS when I'm out on my bike. Your music adds so much to the videos. Cheers Chris
Hi thanks a lot your comment is appreciated ....Music can be challenging with youtube at times .Yes WC is where I reside so much of my riding starts here
Quality video Chris! Quick question the gravel roads following the coast from Elands to Lambert's Bay are they open to the public? I have seen boom gates on them
Thanks for your comment.. Yes there’s a boom only at the Elandsbay road to Lamberts Bay dirt road but it’s standing open and disused for some time now already so seems like everything falling apart there’s no control there anymore
