Lavender and lemon (or most citrus scents) activates the right side of the brain, generally giving a calming effect (I think). Conversely, mint activates the left brain, which allows for better focus. That could be why some teachers give their students mints right before an exam. I can't speak for other scents--I only remember things about these three.

Lucy, are you writing/learning scripts for these or memorizing a scenario and role playing it out? Either way it is impressive! It's fine if you have a big team/support but if you are a one woman show it would make for an interesting mini documentary on how you pull it off.

I wanted to add that there is very little that tea tree oil doesn't do. When searching for remedies for most ailments, tea tree oil is almost always listed. I always have vinegar and tea tree oil in my house ...... with those two ingredients, I find that nearly any issue can be fixed (well, those two and duct tape 😂 )

The pan has to be turned up to medium or high heat for a few minutes, and then it can be turned down to medium low. Don't forget, flipping is all in the wrist, not the arm.
