Now, he's a neutral good character, just in it for the thrill of the fight with Ryu, using only raw power and not relying on external influence.

Like, there are rough spots for sure, but I'm not nearly as cringing and wishing to put it into Japanese anymore, unlike current. Note, this is nothing against the actors, nor how the story mode or cutscenes are voiced. I'm just focusing on the battle voicing itself.
