In Clermont, perhaps highlight those neighborhoods or upcoming areas that are walkable. Looking for neighborhoods comparable to Baldwin Park or potential areas with high walkability.

Haha I actually forgot about that. Glades right now all-in are offered right around the low-mid 500’s.
Voyageur high 600’s all in.

Does Mattamy build concrete homes or all wood? thanks

Hey! Like most production builders here, they build with concrete on the first floor, and wood on the second.
Really the only builder that does concrete on both is D.R Horton.
